‘Our choice would be KFC’s FCK apology. It’s so simple and flawlessly written. In a logistics, distribution business nightmare with suppliers and contracts and all the business bit of business involved, it’s easy to think that advertising is the last thing needed in the crisis. And if advertising was to be used you’d get the lawyers to write it.
‘The ad is a wonderful reminder that a bit of humanity, a bit of creativity and a few choice advertising words can really make a difference. And it can find a solution for a business problem. It’s brilliant.’
